We found our new home at Prayag Divya Prayag. We bought a 2 BHK which is 1025 square feet. It is ready to move in, and we moved in last month. My kids are thrilled with the space. The location in Wanjari Nagar is close to everything we need, especially Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur which is nearby. My husband liked that the apartment was within the 61.5 Lakh to 84.0 Lakh budget range. The power backup facility is a big relief, especially during the unpredictable Nagpur weather. One thing that could be better is the parking space; it feels a little tight if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caHowever, the 24/7 security gives us peace of mind. We are happy with our decision.

Being close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur, nearby, was a major deciding factor for me as I have young children. The building has power backup, which is essential. I did notice that traffic on the main road nearby can get a bit congested during peak hou, but that’s common in most urban areas. The developer, Prayag, seems to have a decent track record.
