We finalized Praveen Vimala in Anna Nagar West after looking at a few options. The proximity to Thirumangalam Metro Station was a major deciding factor for us, making daily commutes much easier. Praveen Housing seems to have a decent reputation, and the project is ready to move in, which suited our immediate needs. The apartment layout is functional, though we found the living room to be a little smaller than we had initially hoped. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze, especially during peak houHowever, the overall location advantage in Chennai North is undeniable.

Decided on Praveen Vimala because it's ready to move and located in Anna Nagar. We needed something quickly for our new start in Chennai. The best part is being so close to SBOA School & Junior College – it saves us so much travel time for our youngest. Praveen Housing delivered the project on time, which we appreciate.
