    This is my fit apartment purchase, and I'm excited about Prathishta Nigama. I chose a 3 BHK with a super builtup area of about 1640 square feet. The price point felt a little high, around 1.10 Crore, but the developer, Prathishta Constructions, assured me about the quality. Being in Spring Valley, Serilingampally, it’s a decent area. I really liked the idea of having an Automated Car Wash and EV Charging Point, which feels very modern. They also have a Children's Play Area which will be great for future use. The only worry is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, but that’s expected I guess. I’m hoping for a smooth handover in July 2028.
