    Getting our kids into Nashik Cambridge School was the priority, and it's right next door, practically zero distance. That was a huge factor for us when choosing Prathamesh Vivek Pride. We opted for the 3 BHK, which has a carpet area of 757 Sq.ft, giving the children enough room to play. The hospital is also very close, which is reassuring. The location in Indira Nagar, Rajiv Nagar is accessible. We did find the parking a little tight, especially when guests visit, which is a minor concern. However, the 24X7 water supply is a big relief. The project by Prathamesh Constructions And DevelopeNashik is ready to move in, which was perfect for our timeline.
