After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Pune, and Prathamesh Gallardo seemed like a good option. It's located in Gultekdi, Salisbury Park, which is relatively quiet. I bought a 2 BHK apartment. The amenities like the Senior Citizen Siteout and Landscaping & Tree Planting are thoughtful. The built-up area is decent, around 1157 square feet. My main concern is the distance to the Jeevan Spah Eye Hospital, which is nearby, a bit further than I would have liked. Also, the price for the 4 BHK apartments goes up to 3.8 Cr, which is quite steep. However, the building is ready to move, and the completion was back in December 2014.

We opted for a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1198 square feet. The price point for this configuration, around 1.5 Cr, was manageable for us. We liked the inclusion of a Sun Deck and Solar Lighting. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus. However, the parking situation seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests. Also, the Market Yard Depot Bus Stop is nearby, which is a bit of a walk. Still, overall we are happy with our purchase.
