The ready-to-move status was a major advantage. Its location on College Road is very convenient, especially its proximity to Progenesis Fertility Center. Prathamesh Buildwell has provided essential amenities like closed car parking and electrical meter rooms. The building is well-maintained. While the room sizes are decent, I did expect the master bedroom to be a bit larger for a 3 BHK.
