I chose this project because it is ready to move and located in Sector 120, which offegood connectivity. The price point for my unit was around 1.2 Crore, which felt reasonable for the size and amenities offered. I appreciate the Vastu compliant homes and the various vastu configurations available. The community has a clubhouse and indoor games which is nice for downtime. My only minor concern is the dust from nearby construction, which is common in developing areas like this. Overall, Prateek Group has delivered a decent residential project.

After renting for yea, my husband and I decided to buy our own place. We settled on a 3 BHK in Prateek Laurel, Sector 120, Noida. The built-up area is 1385 square feet, which is a significant upgrade from our rental. We were impressed by the number of amenities, especially the swimming pool, gymnasium, and the amphitheater for community events. The location is also convenient, being close to Motherland Hospital. The price for our apartment was about 1.5 Crore. What we didn't like much was the approach road to the project; it's a bit narrow and can get congested during peak houHowever, the project itself is well-maintained by Prateek Group, and we are happy with the space and facilities provided.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place in Noida and Prateek Laurel caught our eye. We got a 2 BHK which is 950 square feet built up. It feels quite spacious for us and the vastu compliant designs are a nice touch. The price was a bit high, around 1.06 Crore, but since it’s ready we could move in immediately without waiting. The gym and swimming pool are decent, and it's good to have the cycling track. The sector 51 metro station is about 2 kilometeaway, which is manageable. The main issue we've found is that the parking area can get a little crowded, especially during evenings. Otherwise, it’s a good property from Prateek Group in Sector 120.

The apartment itself is vastu compliant and the construction quality seems solid. We liked the amenities like the swimming pool and the kids' play area. The price range for the larger apartments does go up to 2.35 Crore, which is significant, but the space justifies it for us. We haven't faced any major issues with 24x7 water supply or electricity so far. The developer, Prateek Group, seems to have maintained the property well.
