We chose Prarthana Solitaire because of its proximity to ST. Francis School Banhora, practically right next door. This was a huge deciding factor for us with two young children. The 3 BHK configuration with 1632 Sq.ft built-up area provides enough room for everyone. The price between 81.6 Lakh and 84.5 Lakh was a bit stretched but acceptable. We are happy about the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping planned. The gated community aspect offesecurity, which is paramount. We anticipate moving in around April 2029, so there's time to plan. The ongoing construction does create some noise, but we are prepared for that.
