After many yeaof service, I was looking for a quiet place in Chennai West. Pranavs Santhanam caught my eye. The proximity to Apollo Hospitals is a significant advantage for my health needs. Also, being a short distance Koyambedu Metro Station makes commuting easy if I need to visit relatives or go into the city. I chose a 3 BHK, which offeenough space for my family when they visit. The developer, Pranav Foundations Pvt Ltd, seems professional. The area is developing well. I hope the construction quality holds up over the yeaand the maintenance charges are reasonable.
