    I bought a plot here because I wanted my own space and this seemed like a good investment. The 1720 Sq.ft plot is quite large and I plan to build a two-story house. The price was a bit high, around 87 Lakh, but the location in Ponmar, Chennai South is convenient. It's a ready-to-move-in project, which means I don't have to wait for construction. The amenities like paved compound and solar lighting are nice touches. Karanai Bus Stop being nearby is a big plus for commuting. I also liked that LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd is nearby. The only thing I am a bit worried about is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. It feels safe with the gated community aspect.

Hitech Housing And Properties has provided basic amenities like street lighting and internal roads. It’s good that it’s a gated community. The proximity to ColouIndian School is a huge advantage for our children. Our only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which makes us a bit hesitant about the final approvals. But generally, the area looks promising for future growth and we are hoping to build our dream home soon.

The internal roads are well laid out. Our only minor issue is that the plot sizes, even the larger 1720 Sq.ft ones, might feel a bit constrained for a very large family home once we build. But for us, it is manageable.
