Relocating to Chennai for work at MGM Healthcare, I needed a place close by. Pranav Towein Aminjikarai, being close to the hospital, was an ideal choice. I bought a 960 square feet 2 BHK flat which is ready for immediate occupancy. The price was 1.34 Crore. The proximity to the metro station, about a kilometer away, is also a big plus for commuting. While the location is excellent, I am finding the parking situation a bit challenging as I have two vehicles. The overall construction quality seems robust, and the flat layout is practical for a single peon or a small family.

Our family chose Pranav Toweprimarily for its location. The Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School is literally at 0.0 mete, which is an unbelievable convenience for us. We got a 2 BHK flat, which is 960 square feet super builtup area. It's ready to move, so we could shift in right after purchase. The price was around 1.34 Crore. While the location is fantastic for school access, the Nelson Manickam Road area can get quite noisy and congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. Other than that, the flat itself is well-designed.

Being close to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School was a primary consideration, as my grandchildren study there. We were looking for something ready to move in and Pranav Towefit the bill perfectly. The 2 BHK flat is 960 square feet which felt quite spacious for us. It's located on Nelson Manickam Road, which is a decent area. The main issue we are facing now is the traffic during peak hou; getting out of Aminjikarai can be a real struggle. Also, the OC details were not readily available which made us a bit hesitant initially, but since it was completed in December 2022, we assumed it should be fine. The price point of 1.34 Crore onwards was a bit high for our budget, but we liked the flat layout.
