It is ready to move, which was ideal for me as I wanted to settle quickly. The location in Santosh Nagar Extn Poniammanmedu is quite convenient, being close to the Grand Northern Trunk Road and Jawaharlal Nehru Road. Narayana e-Techno School is nearby, and Kumaran Nagar Bus Stop is less than a kilometer away, making public transport accessible. The only issue I’ve found is that the rooms feel a little compact for the built-up area, but for a single peon, it’s manageable.
