We were looking for a ready to move flat in Maninagar and found Pramukh Neel 55. The 1224 sq.ft area for a 2 BHK felt quite spacious for us. It is located at 55, Kalyan Baug Society, Opp Dr Hedgevar Bhavan, Baliyakaka Road, which is pretty central. Reaching the metro station at Kankaria East takes about 10-15 minutes by car. The price point of 60.0 L onwards was within our budget. My partner really liked the children play area. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the traffic noise in the evenings, being so close to the main road. Otherwise, the flat is good and we are happy with the purchase.
