Relocating to Hyderabad was a big step, and finding a place like Pramanas Octavia made it easier. I bought a 1485 Sq.ft 3 BHK unit. The location in Kachiguda is very convenient, especially being close to TX Hospitals Kachiguda – this was a deciding factor for me. The flat is ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The 24X7 Water Supply works well. I haven’t faced any major issues, but I do hope the developer, Pramana RealtoAnd Builde, maintains the common areas well in the long run. It feels like a solid investment for my future here.

Getting a ready-to-move flat was my priority, and Pramanas Octavia was a good choice. The 3 BHK flats are a decent size, around 1453 Sq.ft to 1485 Sq.ft, which is ample for a family. I liked that it’s located in Central Hyderabad, making travel convenient. The proximity to St. Joseph's Public School at nearby is a major advantage for my children. The 24X7 Water Supply is reliable, which is essential. While the project was completed in December 2021, I feel the maintenance charges could be a bit more transparent. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful community.

We chose a 1485 Sq.ft unit, which gives us enough space for our home office and relaxation. The location in Kachiguda is great, very central. It's reassuring that TX Hospitals Kachiguda is nearby, so medical emergencies are covered. We also appreciate the closed car parking facility provided. The construction quality looks solid, and it was completed in December 2021. The only slight concern is the noise from nearby traffic sometimes, but we are getting used to it.

Being close to St. Joseph's Public School is convenient, and TX Hospitals Kachiguda is also nearby at nearby. The greenhouse farming amenity is an interesting concept. The project was completed in December 2021. My only reservation is the dust and construction debris from ongoing development in the surrounding areas, which can be a bit botheome.
