We liked the 1050 square feet 2 BHK layout; it's practical for a couple. The price range of 76.88 Lakh to 97.5 Lakh felt a bit high initially, but considering it's in Padmanabhanagar, RK Layout, it's undetandable. The proximity to Bangalore International Public School, being nearby, is a great advantage for future planning. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a minor concern for now. Water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good features.
