As a business owner, I look for value and convenience. Prajna Shetty Saraswathi Regency in Manipal offered both. It's ready to move in, which meant I could start using it immediately without waiting. The location is strategically placed near major highways like the Udupi-Manipal Highway and Udupi-Agumbe Highway, facilitating easy travel. Having Vidyodaya Public School nearby is a great advantage, even though I don't have school-going children, it adds to the neighborhood's appeal and potential future value. The flat size is adequate for my needs. My only reservation is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction in the immediate vicinity, which is common in developing areas. Despite that, Prajna Shetty has delivered a good product.

Getting my kids into Vidyodaya Public School was the priority, and Prajna Shetty Saraswathi Regency is right next to it, practically nearby. This makes the morning rush so much easier. We booked a flat here because of the location and the fact it is ready to move. It saves us the headache of construction delays. The Udupi City Bus Terminus is also quite close, nearby, which is useful for my wife sometimes. The space inside the flat is decent for our family. My only concern is the traffic noise from the nearby highways, especially the Udupi-Manipal Highway. It's a bit louder than I expected, but we are getting used to it. Otherwise, the kids love the space and the convenience of being so close to school.
