The swimming pool is a great addition for weekend relaxation. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, a good choice for families.

It’s very close to Titumir Metro Station (0.34 kms), which makes my daily commute much easier. I liked the gymnasium and the cycling track for my fitness routine. The apartment is ready to move, and the price point around 30.56 L for the smaller units was attractive. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus. The only minor drawback is that the multipurpose hall could be a bit larger.
