We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in Prahah Platinium. The carpet area of 795 sq.ft is much better. DR Infrastructure handed over the project recently, and we moved in right away. The indoor games facility is something the kids are excited about. Landscaping and tree planting adds a nice touch to the environment. The location in Shela is developing well. We found the price point to be reasonable for the space and amenities offered, although the exact budget wasn't disclosed upfront. It’s a good upgrade for our family.

Finding a home near Shanti Asiatic School was our priority, and Prahah Platinium is nearby, which is amazing. We booked a 3 BHK with a carpet area of approximately 805 sq.ft. DR Infrastructure delivered the project by December 2023. The gymnasium is a great amenity for the adults, and the children's play area is always busy. Reserved parking is a must for us. The main road access from the VIP Road is good, but sometimes there can be a bit of noise from the traffic. Otherwise, the waiting lounge and landscaping are well-maintained.

DR Infrastructure completed the project on time, ready by December 2023. The location in Shela, Ahmedabad is quite peaceful.
