The assurance of 24x7 water supply is very important for them. It’s also good that Kautilya academy shahdol is nearby at nearby, though they don't have kids, it adds to the locality's development. The main thing I considered was the developer, Pragati Associates, and their track record. My only reservation is the parking situation; it seemed a bit cramped if they have guests over with caOtherwise, the location is accessible and the project seems solid for elderly living.
