Being a government employee, I appreciate the steady nature of the project and the location in Narolgam, Narol. It is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle waiting for possession. The price point of around 17.0 L for the 1 BHK was within my budget. The amenities like the children's play area and 24x7 security are good additions. The nearby Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School is also a plus, although I don't have children. The overall development seems decent for the price paid.
