I purchased a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1150 square feet, priced at around 40 Lakh. The project by Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Is ready for immediate occupancy. Its location near Hosur Road (NH-44) and the Outer Ring Road is excellent for connectivity. Power backup is a crucial amenity for me, and it’s included. The traffic can be heavy in this part of South Bangalore, especially during rush hou, which is something to consider. The overall structure looks sturdy.

We looked at the 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 875 square feet. The price was within our reach, around 30 Lakh. The location in BTM 6th Stage is decent, not too far from where we teach. The builder, Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd., seems to have completed this project back in May 2012. We are hoping the amenities like power backup will be useful. It feels good to finally own our apartment and not pay rent anymore.

I chose a 2 BHK, about 950 square feet, for close to 32 Lakh. The location in South Bangalore is familiar to them. Connectivity to Jayadeva Metro Station, nearby, is a plus for them to travel. The developer, Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd., completed this project some time back. Rain water harvesting and power backup are good features for them. I haven't seen the OC status, which is a slight concern, but overall it seems like a reasonable purchase for their comfort.

The builder, Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd., finished this project some time ago. Rain water harvesting is a good feature. My only concern is that the area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing development nearby. Otherwise, the location is quite convenient for accessing main roads.

The project by Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Was completed in May 2012 and is ready to move in. The 24x7 security is a major comfort for us with kids. The main roads are accessible, but the internal lanes can be a bit narrow. We are still settling in but happy with the space.

We bought a 970 square feet 2 BHK apartment for about 33 Lakh. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus. The proximity to Hosur Road (NH-44) at nearby makes travelling easier. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The only minor issue is that the roads around BTM 6th Stage can get quite congested during peak hou, but we are managing. Overall, it's a good investment for us.
