The proximity to Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, nearby, is a massive advantage for my professional. I opted for a 2 BHK with 900 sq.ft built-up area. The price starting from 36 Lakh was attractive. It’s ready to move, which saves a lot of hassle. The project offenecessary amenities like power backup and rain water harvesting. While the location is generally good, the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times. I hope that settles down soon.

My only concern is that completion details and OC received status were not readily available, which makes me slightly anxious.
