My kids love the children's play area, and the swimming pool is also a hit. The location in Electronic City is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houThe price was around 24.78 Lakh for the larger unit, which felt reasonable for the space and amenities offered.

Is ready to move, which made the process easier for a fit-time buyer. It was completed in July 2014. The location in Electronic City is good for the price. I liked that it includes a children's play area and a swimming pool. The developer has delivered on time previously, which gave me some confidence. The price point felt achievable for someone starting out. The earthquake-resistant structure is a good safety feature.

Being a doctor, I value amenities like a gymnasium and power backup, which are available here. The location in Ananth Nagar is manageable for my commute to the hospital. One thing I noticed is that the surrounding area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing development, but it's a minor issue for me.

We checked out the amenities like the children's play area and swimming pool. Overall, it felt like a good option for our fit home.

However, the OC received status is not available, which might be a concern for some buyeThe location is developing, but connectivity could be improved. It offedecent value for money for immediate occupancy.

I opted for a 1 BHK which has a carpet area of 575 sq.ft. And cost me 16.96 Lakh. The project is ready to move, and was completed in July 2014. This was a key factor for me. The location in Ananth Nagar is okay, but the road leading to it could be better maintained. However, the amenities like power backup and lift are essential, and they are present. The earthquake-resistant structure provides peace of mind.
