The price range of 32-35 Lakh was manageable with our combined savings. The proximity to Hosur Road is very convenient for my commute to school. The children's play area and landscaping are great for our little ones. We did notice that parking could be a bit tight if we have guests over. Prabhavathi Builde& DevelopePvt Ltd. Has maintained the property reasonably well since its completion in 2012. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind.
