The project by Pradeep is located on Market Yard Road in Gultekdi, which is quite accessible. It’s under construction until April 2026. We were impressed with the inclusion of rainwater harvesting and solar energy options, which should help with utility costs. The street lighting and landscaping plans also sound good. The only minor concern is the distance to Deccan Gymkhana, which is nearby, and the metro station is also at the same distance. Hopefully, the connectivity improves or other transport options become readily available.

However, the construction site itself can be a bit dusty, and we are hoping the internal roads and footpaths are properly finished to avoid muddy patches after rain.
