The location in Madipakkam is quite decent and offegood connectivity. It is ready to move, which was important for me. The apartment is functional and meets basic requirements. The primary issue I have encountered is related to parking; it can be quite challenging to find adequate space, especially if you have more than one vehicle or if visitoarrive. While Prabha Homes has provided lifts, the parking situation needs attention. The nearby hospital and school are definite plus points, making it convenient for daily life.
