We chose a 2 BHK configuration, which is spacious enough for our family. The living room gets good sunlight in the afternoons. The only minor issue we’ve faced is that the roads leading directly to the complex can get a little congested during peak office hou, but it’s manageable. Prabha Foundation seems to have delivered a solid product.
