We chose Prabha Aura because of its proximity to schools, specifically D. A. V. School which is nearby. We got a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of about 1160 square feet. It felt spacious enough for our family. The price was around 1.04 Crore, which was acceptable. The ready-to-move aspect was great. The project includes amenities like 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting, which are essential for a family. My only minor concern is the noise from the nearby street during peak hou, but inside the flat, it's manageable. The lift service has been reliable so far.

As a business owner, time is money, so a ready-to-move property was essential. Prabha Aura in Madipakkam fit the bill. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, ranging from 1153 to 1187 square feet built-up area. The pricing between 1.03 Crore and 1.06 Crore seemed reasonable for the size and location in Chennai. I particularly liked the granite kitchen platform and steel sink, a small but useful detail. The construction quality looks solid, and it was completed in June 2024. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provide good peace of mind. Parking is also addressed with a stilt floor.

I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Prabha Aura mainly for investment purposes. The area in Murugappa Nagar has potential for growth. The built-up area is around 1170 square feet, which is a decent size. It is ready to move in, which is good for potential renteThe price point around 1.05 Crore is within the range I was looking at for this locality in Chennai. One small concern is the connectivity to the main road; you have to navigate through some narrower streets to get to the property. However, the amenities like 24x7 water supply and rain water harvesting are practical.

Relocating to Chennai for work at Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, which is nearby, I needed a place that was comfortable and accessible. Prabha Aura offered a 3 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1187 square feet, offering plenty of space. Being ready to move in June 2024 was a huge relief. The proximity to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, nearby, is also very helpful for getting around the city. The price of 1.06 Crore was at the higher end of my budget, but the quality and the specific layout of the third-floor living space impressed me. The fire fighting system is also a reassuring safety feature.

We finally decided to upgrade from our rented flat and bought a 3 BHK at Prabha Aura. The size is good, around 1153 square feet built-up, which gives us much more space than before. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait too long. The location in Madipakkam is quite convenient, close to the D. A. V. School which is only nearby. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, crossing one crore, but the extra space and the ready-to-move status made it worthwhile. We are hoping the stilt floor for parking will help ease congestion.
