This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Prabha Anahita. I booked a 2 BHK apartment which is around 698 square feet built up. The location in Belghoria, near BT Road, is convenient for my commute. The price was a bit higher than I initially budgeted, around 60 Lakh for the unit I chose, but the builder, Prabha Realty, offegood amenities like a children's play area and a waiting lounge. The construction should be finished by August 2029. I liked the modern architecture and the efficient use of space in the floor plans. Everything seems to be included, like vitrified tiles and modular switches. I am a bit worried about the dust from the ongoing construction though.
