    We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and PR Rivera Palace in Whitefield caught our eye. The 3 BHK flats are a good size, with the built-up area being 1351 square feet. This gives us plenty of room for our growing family. We liked that it is a ready-to-move property, which meant no long waiting period. The price for the 3 BHK is in the 80 Lakhs range, which is manageable for us. Being close to Vydehi School of Excellence is a huge advantage for our children. The overall construction quality looks good and the locality is developing well.

    I bought a 2 BHK here because of the proximity to Kadugodi Metro Station and Manipal Hospital. Getting to work is much easier now. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is about 935 square feet, which is enough for me. It's ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after registration. The price was slightly higher than I initially planned, around 60 Lakhs, but the convenience makes up for it. The only small issue is the traffic getting out of Whitefield during peak hou, it can be quite bad. Otherwise, I am happy with the apartment.
