Pothula Srinivasu has done a good job with the basic infrastructure. The electrical meter room is well organized and the building looks sturdy. Since it is a ready to move property, we could settle in without any delay. The only small issue is that the building entrance gets a bit dusty because of the road work happening in the area. Other than that, the 3 BHK layout is very functional and practical for daily life in Rajahmundry.
