Getting a place near good schools was our top priority, and Potear Anandita Apartment is a short distance Sahyadri Academy Baramati. That's a huge relief. We bought a 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 863 square feet, giving enough room for the kids to play inside. It’s ready to move, which was convenient. The proximity to Mehta Hospital, also a short distance, adds to the peace of mind. We did notice that the traffic can get a bit heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times near Plot No B 49, 50, 51. But overall, the convenience for the children is worth it. Potear Associates has a good reputation locally.
