They needed access to good medical care, so having an Ayurvedic Hospital within a short distance is excellent. I bought a 2 BHK villa for them. The plot area of 1735 Sq.yd provides enough space for them to maintain a small garden. My only concern is that during peak houthe traffic near the main junction can be a bit heavy, which might be a bother for them if they need to travel far. But inside the community, it is very quiet and peaceful with plenty of greenery.

Being a working woman, the a short distance to Gannavaram International Airport is incredibly convenient for my frequent work trips. I opted for a residential plot of 165.71 Sq.yd because I wanted to build something of my own. The location near NH 16 makes commuting very easy during the weekdays. However, I do wish there were more street lights active on the main approach road at night as it gets a bit dark. Other than that, the infrastructure like underground drainage and water tank is quite solid for the price.
