We were looking for something ready to move near Tiruchirappalli and found Ponni Delta. The 1 BHK flats here are around 454 square feet, which feels manageable for us as a young IT couple. We liked that it's a gated community with children's play area and car parking. The price for our flat was around 40 Lakh. My husband's office is about a 30-minute drive away, which is acceptable. The only minor issue is the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but that's common in many developing areas. Natesan Housing (P) Limited seems to have completed the project in March 2012.
