The area in Nikol is developing, and the project's proximity to major highways like the Vadodara - Ahmedabad Express Highway (2 min) and SP Ring Road (less than 1 min) offeexcellent connectivity, which should drive rental demand. The built-up area is 650 square feet, a good size for a single occupant or small family. The price was on the higher side, around 23 Lakhs, but considering the location and future growth prospects, it seems justified. The project is ready to move in, which is a plus.
