  I bought a 1 BHK apartment at Polaris Anand Phase II primarily for its investment potential. The area in Nikol is developing, and the project's proximity to major highways like the Vadodara - Ahmedabad Express Highway (2 min) and SP Ring Road (less than 1 min) offeexcellent connectivity, which should drive rental demand. The built-up area is 650 square feet, a good size for a single occupant or small family. The price was on the higher side, around 23 Lakhs, but considering the location and future growth prospects, it seems justified. The project is ready to move in, which is a plus.

  Finding a decent apartment in Ahmedabad was challenging, but Polaris Anand Phase II worked out. I got a 1 BHK around 680 square feet. The location in Nikol is decent, although the internal roads leading to it are a bit narrow, which can be a minor issue during peak traffic. It is close to Narayana Hospital and Dipak School, though, which is convenient. The price was about 26 Lakhs, which was acceptable for my budget. The video door security is a good feature for a single woman living alone. The club house is a nice addition for relaxation.

  Moving to Ahmedabad for work at Narayana Hospital meant I needed a place close by. Polaris Anand Phase II is right next to the hospital and Dipak School, which is incredibly convenient. I opted for a 2 BHK, around 1150 square feet, offering enough room. It's a gated community with video door security, which is important for me as I often work late shifts. The price point for the location and amenities was reasonable, around 42 Lakhs. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature. I am happy with the proximity to essential services.

The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are quite nice, offering a serene environment. It's also a gated community, which provides a sense of security. The price was within my retirement funds, about 28 Lakhs. The garbage disposal system is convenient. I appreciate the internal roads and footpaths which make walking around pleasant. The maintenance seems okay so far.
