I picked up a 2 BHK here for investment purposes. The location in Vejalpur is developing, and it's close to the Ring Road and Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway which is good for connectivity. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1220 and 1305 square feet, which is quite spacious. The price range of 63.46 Lakh to 89.99 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area and the amenities provided like the jogging track and children's play area. Poddar Group has a decent track record. I am hoping for good rental returns in the coming yeaas the locality grows. The project is ready to move, which was a big plus for me.
