We chose PNR Pride because of its proximity to Saraswathi Vidya Mandira School, which is nearby. Our 3 BHK apartment is spacious, around 1220 sq.ft, giving the kids enough room to play. The community has a basketball court and a tennis court, which they are already excited about using. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us. The price range of 28.48 Lakh to 39.04 Lakh was reasonable for a family home. The only slight issue is the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during construction season, but otherwise, it's a good environment for children.
