The 2 BHK apartments have a good built-up area of about 1200 square feet, giving the kids enough space to play indooWe also liked that there's 24x7 CCTV surveillance for added security. The price was a bit higher than expected, around 72 Lakhs for our unit, but the school proximity made it worth it. The only downside is the noise from traffic sometimes, as it's close to the main road. We are still settling in but the kids are happy.
