  We were looking for a place close to a good school for our kids and found Plots At Sothupakkam. It's right next to GFC Global Public School, which is a huge relief. The location in Sothupakkam Village means it's a bit away from the main city's traffic, which is nice for a quieter life. We bought a plot here from Tmt K Vijayalakshmi. The area seems to be developing, and having the hospital just a few kilometeaway is also reassuring. We are planning to build our house here soon. The road access is decent, though it can get dusty during dry spells. Overall, it feels like a good decision for our family's future.

The developer, Tmt K Vijayalakshmi, offeresidential plots which gives us the freedom to design our own home. Its location in Chennai North, Sothupakkam Village, is promising. We were particularly pleased with the proximity to GFC Global Public School, as we are both teacheKummanur Bus Stop being just over a kilometer away is also helpful for accessibility. Our only slight worry is the condition of the internal roads within the plot area, which are currently unpaved and can be quite uneven, especially after rain. We are hoping this gets addressed soon.
