The price was approximately 75 Lakh, which seemed fair for the area and the amenities offered by Plaza Group. The location in Kovilambakkam offedecent connectivity, although accessing the main 200 Feet MMRD Road directly might involve a short drive through internal lanes. The fire fighting system and 24X7 water supply were important features for me. The gymnasium is a good addition for staying fit. While the project was completed in February 2020, the lack of readily available OC information was a slight point of hesitation, but the ready-to-move status eased that concern. The sports facility is also a nice touch for residents.
