The Plama DevelopeLtd project is ready for possession, which is a huge plus. The amenities like the club house and party hall are good for family gatherings. Having Lumbini Mall a short distance is convenient for shopping and entertainment. The only small issue we noticed is that the approach road can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it’s not a dealbreaker for us.
