I chose a 3 BHK which has a good built-up area of 1325 square feet. The location on Alwar Bypass Road in Sector 50 provides decent connectivity. The presence of a swimming pool and club house is a bonus for leisurely days. The price was in the 30 to 41 Lakh range, which felt appropriate for the features. I'm happy with the gated community and security. My only minor issue is that the dust from the bypass road can sometimes be noticeable, especially on the balconies, but it's manageable with regular cleaning. Overall, it's a peaceful place.
