Purchased a 3 BHK here in Piya Heights. The price point around 85.5 Lakh was acceptable for the area and the size, which is about 1469 sq.ft built up. Pragjyotish Housing seems to be a reliable developer, and I checked out their previous projects. The amenities like the gymnasium and children's play area are good additions for families. I'm hoping the earthquake-resistant RCC structure provides good safety. The location in Janakpur, Kahilipara is a bit of a concern for me as traffic can get heavy on roads like Batahghuli Road, especially during peak business houNeed to see how that pans out once I move in. The construction is still going on, expected to finish by June 2028.

The price is within our budget, around 86 Lakh. Construction is underway, with completion set for June 2028. The only thing I'm a little hesitant about is the car parking situation; sometimes it can be challenging in newer constructions, and I hope it's adequate here. I liked that they included a sustainable water reuse system, which is environmentally conscious. The price range of 85.5 Lakh to 86.6 Lakh seemed reasonable for a new project in Guwahati. It's still under construction, scheduled for June 2028 completion. The location in Kahilipara is decent, with National Highway 37 not too far away. My only real concern is the lack of immediate OC received information, which makes me slightly nervous as a fit-time buyer. I'm hoping Pragjyotish Housing provides updates regularly.

My only small worry is the completion date is June 2028, which feels a bit far off. But overall, it seems like a decent option for a new home.
