This is my fit flat purchase, and I picked Pivotal Riddhi Siddhi. The price for a 1 BHK was within my reach, starting at 44.89 Lakh. The 353 Sq.ft area is enough for a single peon starting out. I liked that it is ready to move, so I didn't have to wait yeaThe builder, Pivotal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., seems to have delivered by August 2019. I haven't seen the OC details yet, which is a small concern. The parking is closed car parking, which is good. I plan to use the gymnasium regularly. It feels like a solid fit investment.

I bought a 2 BHK flat in Pivotal Riddhi Siddhi for my parents who are living in Gurgaon. The 587 Sq.ft size is perfect for them. The five yeano maintenance charges is a huge relief, as I won't have to worry about that aspect from oveeas. They can use the gymnasium and the community center. The 24X7 water supply is essential. The location near Dwarka Expressway is good for connectivity. My only reservation is that the roads around Sector 99 can be quite busy, and parking might be a bit of a squeeze if they have guests with ca, beyond the allocated closed car parking spaces.

The nearby distance to the hospital is manageable. I chose a 2 BHK, 587 Sq.ft, offering enough space. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor. The 24X7 water supply and fire fighting system provide peace of mind. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during construction phases in nearby secto, which is a minor issue. The 2 BHK flats have decent built-up areas, ouis 487 Sq.ft, which works for us now but might feel a little tight in a few yeaThe community center is a nice touch for weekend activities for the kids. We looked at the swimming pool and tennis court too. The five yeano maintenance charges is a huge plus for our budget right now. Getting onto the Dwarka Expressway can take a bit of time though, maybe 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Overall, it feels like a good place for a young family.
