I purchased a 1611 Sq.ft unit, which is quite spacious. The price was in the 2 Cr range, which felt justified given the area and amenities like 2-tier security and power backup. My only concern is the lack of immediate OC received status, but I’m told it’s in process. The reflexology park is a nice touch for unwinding.

We finally found a place that ticks most boxes for our family. The Vivekananda School is literally nearby, which is a massive relief for school runs. We looked at a 1395 Sq.ft built-up 3 BHK. The price point around 1.85 Cr was manageable. The kids play area and the basketball court are definite pluses for them. Having closed car parking is also good. Relocating to Gurgaon for work at Park Hospital, which is conveniently located nearby, made Pitrachaya Dev Luxury Flooan obvious choice. I was looking at the larger 1611 Sq.ft built-up 3 BHK. The price is around 2 Cr, which is substantial, but the quality of finishes and the modern architecture of the building by Pitrachaya Buildwell DevelopePvt. Ltd. Seem to justify it. The 24x7 security and power backup are essential given my work schedule. The Children's Play Area is a good facility to have if I plan to settle my family here later. While the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is a bit far at nearby, the immediate access to Golf Coue Extension Road is very convenient. It’s ready to move, which is perfect for my relocation.

Having closed car parking is a must for us. The price point was a bit stretched for us, crossing 1.9 Cr, but the thought of owning a ready-to-move property by May 2024 was tempting. The Badminton Court is a fun addition for weekend activity. Still, the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road can be quite heavy during commute times.
