The location in Shivaram Nagar is very convenient; it’s hard to believe Vidhya Niketan Public School and G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital are nearby. This makes our lives so much easier. Pioneer Properties handed over the ready-to-move property in March 2022. While we love the space and location, the parking area seems a bit tight, especially if we have guests over with multiple caStill, it's a great improvement for us.
