This is my fit flat purchase and I was a bit nervous. Pioneer Park in Gurgaon seemed like a good option. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is quite convenient. I looked at a 2 BHK which had a super builtup area between 1200 and 1400 sq.ft. The price for that was around 2.2 Crores. It is ready to move which was a big plus for me. The landscaping looks nice and they have a children's play area. The entrance lobby felt quite grand. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward. Overall, it feels like a solid choice for a fit-time buyer like me.
