We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rented accommodation and found Pioneer Kalpona appealing. We are considering a 2 BHK with a carpet area between 529 to 533 Sq.ft. The location in Rahara is quite convenient, especially being close to Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home High School. Pioneer Associates is developing the project, expected to be ready by August 2026. While we like the sizes, the dust and noise from the ongoing construction are noticeable. We hope the developer manages these aspects well during the remaining construction phase. The provision for both closed and open parking is practical for our needs.
