  We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rented accommodation and found Pioneer Kalpona appealing. We are considering a 2 BHK with a carpet area between 529 to 533 Sq.ft. The location in Rahara is quite convenient, especially being close to Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home High School. Pioneer Associates is developing the project, expected to be ready by August 2026. While we like the sizes, the dust and noise from the ongoing construction are noticeable. We hope the developer manages these aspects well during the remaining construction phase. The provision for both closed and open parking is practical for our needs.

Pioneer Associates has a reputation to uphold, and this project seems to align with that. The proximity to Disha Eye Hospital is also a significant advantage for the area. While it's under construction with completion due in August 2026, the prices are not yet available, which makes it hard to judge the actual investment value. The fire fighting system is a good safety feature to have included.

We are looking at a 3 BHK flat, which has a carpet area of 609 Sq.ft. The developer, Pioneer Associates, is building this project, scheduled for completion in August 2026. The area is Rahara, which seems to be developing well. We are slightly concerned about the nearby distance to the Palta Station Metro, which might make daily commutes challenging without a peonal vehicle. However, the presence of a fire fighting system is a crucial safety feature we appreciate.

My main concern is the connectivity to the main city; while it's close to the state highway, the metro station is quite a distance away at nearly 7 kilometeWe are hoping the infrastructure around Rahara improves further in the coming yeaOverall, it seems like a sound decision for our retirement.
