We decided to book a 3.5 BHK at Pioneer Alura in Sector 62, Gurgaon. The Golf Coue Extension Road is a well-known address. Having Unicosmos School right at nearby is a fantastic benefit for our children's schooling. The developer, Pioneer Urban, is known for its projects. We checked the amenities, and they have planned for 24x7 water supply, paved compound, and storm water drains, which are crucial for any residential project. Street lighting and internal roads are also part of the plan. The area around Sector 62 is developing, and the hospital is close by, which is good. My main worry is the distance to the metro station, Sector 55-56 is nearby. We rely on public transport sometimes, so this is a drawback. The construction is ongoing, so we are expecting a good quality build.

I liked the idea of piped gas connection and rain water harvesting, these are practical features. However, the construction dust was quite noticeable when we were there. It's undetandable since it's under construction, but it does make you wonder about the air quality. The nearest metro station, Sector 55-56, is nearby, which isn't ideal but manageable with a car. Marengo Asia Hospitals being nearby is a big plus for any family. My husband is still a bit hesitant due to the dust, but the proximity to the school is hard to ignore.
