We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rental place in Bangalore. Pinnacle Sundher Enclave in RMV Extension Stage 2 offea ready to move solution. The key factor for us was the proximity to schools, with Vyasa International School nearby. Our commute to work will be much shorter now. Aster CMI Hospital being so close is also a huge plus for emergencies. We are looking for a comfortable 2 BHK. Pinnacle Preemium Projects seems reliable. The price point was slightly higher than we initially budgeted, but the immediate availability and location made it worthwhile. We hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.

Having Aster CMI Hospital at nearby is a major comfort, ensuring they have quick access to medical care. Vyasa International School being so close is also a good sign for the neighborhood's development. The property is ready to move, so they can shift in immediately. Pinnacle Preemium Projects is the developer, and I've heard good things about their quality. I am considering a 2 BHK for them. The only minor drawback is the limited public transport connectivity directly to the enclave itself.

My partner liked that Vyasa International School is literally nearby, which is amazing if we plan to have kids soon. We also checked out Aster CMI Hospital, which is also right there at nearby. That proximity is a huge relief. The flat itself is decent sized, nothing too large but perfect for us. We are still figuring out the exact BHK configuration that suits us best. Pinnacle Preemium Projects seem to have delivered on time. Parking is a bit of a squeeze though, which might be an issue.
